Previous Experience:

With 17 years NHS financial management experience, our lead consultant is a qualified accountant who has undertaken various roles within the NHS, and as a consultant in the private sector.  Experience includes: a wide range of financial and management accounting roles (NHS and MoD); clinical costing; development of performance management systems; writing and running workshops and training sessions.

Current Projects:

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Strategic Health Authority – Project Leader responsible for the development of the Financial Flows implementation framework.
